Standing beside her as the sole special guest for this run is none other than hyperpop auteur Underscores, whose brilliant new album U has already been crowned one of the finest projects of the year.

The scale of Charli’s invitation was so immediate and massive that it disrupted current touring schedules. To accept the coveted opening slot on the Music, Fashion, Film Tour, Underscores had to completely cancel her previously scheduled September Galleria headline dates across cities like Denver, Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Salt Lake City.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter) to address her fan base, Underscores shared the bittersweet reality of the massive career leap:

“Something that makes no sense at all is about to happen,” she teased before clarifying, “Because of this opportunity, though, we unfortunately have to cancel all of the September headline shows. Everyone will receive a full refund soon directly from their point of purchase. I pinky pinky promise I’ll be back soon — we’re already working on it. I hope U understand.”

Fortunately for West Coast fans, Underscores managed to rescue her highly anticipated Los Angeles headline show, rescheduling it from late September to October 20, 2026, to neatly align with the tour’s California stops.

Inclusivity at the Forefront: ‘Angel Tickets’ and Philanthropy

True to her roots of keeping club culture accessible and supporting marginalized communities, Charli XCX is implementing distinct initiatives for this arena run.

First, the tour introduces “Angel Tickets”—a select pool of $20 tickets set to drop in August. Aimed at keeping prices accessible despite soaring arena demands, these tickets must be purchased in pairs, with their exact seating locations (ranging anywhere from general admission floor to upper tiers) kept a secret until the day of the show at the venue box office.

Furthermore, Charli is using her massive platform for social good. A limited number of charity tickets will occupy the coveted first five rows of every single headline performance. Half (50%) of all net proceeds generated from these prime-location tickets will be donated directly to the Transgender Law Center, an organization dedicated to ensuring transgender individuals can live safely, authentically, and freely.

The arena trek officially kicks off in Philadelphia on September 11, following Charli’s high-profile summer slots at Lollapalooza, Outside Lands, and the UK’s Reading & Leeds Festivals.
