Post Malone Reveals 40-Track Double Album “The Eternal Buzz”

The Posty Expansion: Post Malone Teases 40-Track Epic "The Eternal Buzz"

Just when you thought he couldn’t get any bigger, Post Malone has decided to break the scale. After spending 2024 and 2025 conquering Nashville with the record-shattering F-1 Trillion, the genre-blurring superstar has officially entered a new era. Taking to social media with a cryptic whiteboard photo, Posty has confirmed his next project: a monumental double album titled The Eternal Buzz.

The Eternal Buzz: A Sonic Schism in 40 Chapters?

The Post Malone new album teaser isn’t just a collection of songs; it’s a creative “dump” that suggests he is refusing to be boxed into a single lane. The shared image shows two distinct sections, “Disc 1” and “Disc 2,” each featuring 20 slots. While the tracklist remains blank for now, the implications are massive.

During a December 2025 livestream, Post mentioned his desire to drop two records in 2026. It appears those two visions have merged into one sprawling 40-track experience. But what does it sound like?

  • The Country Continuity: With collaborators like Ernest, Hardy, and Thomas Rhett already in the mix, and a scheduled headline slot at Stagecoach later this month, the country influence is far from gone.

  • The Trap Renaissance: Last week’s surprise drop “Take My Heart” with Swae Lee—the duo behind the diamond-certified “Sunflower”—saw Posty sliding back into the reverb-laden, trap-pop sonics of beerbongs & bentleys.

  • The “Everything” Approach: Post himself has noted that the new material features “a little bit of everything.” The double-disc format could be the perfect vessel for this, perhaps dedicating one side to his outlaw-country persona and the other to his chart-topping hip-hop roots.

A Summer of Stadiums and Stages

The announcement of The Eternal Buzz arrives at the peak of Post Malone’s busiest year. This Friday, April 10, he takes the stage as the headliner for Tortuga Music Festival, his first major outing of 2026. History tends to repeat itself with Posty; remember that it was his 2024 Stagecoach performance that acted as the launchpad for the Morgan Wallen collaboration “I Had Some Help.”

Fans are already speculating that his upcoming festival dates will serve as the “springboard” for the first official single from The Eternal Buzz. With the BIG ASS Stadium World Tour hitting Asia this fall alongside Don Toliver, the timing for a massive summer rollout couldn’t be more perfect.
