LE YORA Push Cultural Boundaries with Gritty New Single “NC-17”

Beyond the Booth

Following their atmospheric reinterpretation of Radiohead’s “Everything In Its Right Place,” the German-American collective LE YORA returns with a sharper, more provocative statement. Their latest single, NC-17,” out now via Alta Music Group, confirms that SOMMA, JEWELS, and YUMA are not just making music—they are building a cinematic universe.

Cinematic House with a Rock Attitude

Written in a makeshift studio in Los Angeles last December, “NC-17” draws its title and intensity from the world of film. The track serves as a bridge between genres, filtering raw rock energy and urban aesthetics through a sophisticated house and techno lens. It’s a “sharper” second statement that prioritizes atmosphere and discipline over club clichés.

“We are continuing our mission to push culture forward,” the collective stated. “Bringing influences from rock and urban into electronic music… this is house and techno through our lens.

A Multidisciplinary Movement

What sets LE YORA apart in 2026 is their DIY ethos. This isn’t a project managed by outside agencies; the trio shoots and edits their own music videos, designs their own magazines, and handles all visual creative. With plans for an upcoming clothing line, LE YORA functions as a high-fashion, high-concept art house that just happens to produce world-class electronic music.

Global Momentum: Coachella, LA, and Mykonos

The release of “NC-17” arrives as the collective prepares for a high-profile spring season. While SOMMA continues a massive headline run through cities like Bangkok, Hong Kong, and Cairo, the full trio is gearing up for career-defining appearances:

  • Coachella 2026: Two high-stakes sets at the Yuma Tent on April 12 and 19.

  • Los Angeles: A special date at Sound Nightclub alongside Röyksopp on April 14.

  • Greece: A headline takeover at the legendary Scorpios Mykonos on May 21.

Whether through your headphones or in the dust of Indio, LE YORA is proving that the future of electronic music belongs to those who control the entire creative spectrum.
