It has been nearly four years since the New York post-punk titans released The Other Side of Make-Believe, an album that showcased a more nuanced, atmospheric side of their signature sound. Since then, the band has kept their razor-sharp live edge honed, even stopping by Jack White’s Third Man Records in 2024 to capture their raw energy on a live LP. This new Interpol 2026 tour feels like a victory lap for a band that remains the undisputed architects of modern indie-sleaze and noir-rock.

The journey kicks off on July 31 in Denver, weaving through the scenic landscapes of Wyoming and Idaho before hitting major coastal hubs. A highlight for Canadian fans includes a massive show at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena—supporting sombr—followed by headlining slots at Toronto’s Sobeys Stadium and Montreal’s L’Olympia in early October.

DIIV, the masters of shoegaze melancholy, will join them for the bulk of the fall dates, creating a dream lineup for fans of textured guitar work.
