Bombshell Lawsuit: Cascio Siblings Accuse Michael Jackson of Serial Abuse in New Federal Filing

The Cascio family files a bombshell lawsuit against the Michael Jackson Estate, alleging years of abuse.

The legacy of the King of Pop faces another massive legal challenge. Siblings Edward, Dominic, Marie, and Aldo Cascio filed a federal lawsuit in Los Angeles yesterday, leveling harrowing accusations against The Michael Jackson Company. The plaintiffs allege that Jackson operated as a “serial predator,” grooming and abusing them for over a decade, starting when some were as young as 7 years old.

The Michael Jackson Cascio Family Lawsuit: A Dramatic Reversal

This new legal action marks a stunning pivot for the Cascios. For over 25 years, the family remained among Jackson’s most vocal defenders, even testifying in his favor during the 2005 criminal trial. However, the siblings now credit the Leaving Neverland documentary impact as the catalyst that forced them to confront their past and speak out.

According to the filing, Jackson gained the family’s trust through their father—an employee at a luxury hotel the singer frequented—before systematically isolating the children. The lawsuit details a disturbing pattern of “normalizing” nudity through pornography before the alleged abuse occurred.

Allegations Span Global Estates

Perhaps most shocking are the locations mentioned in the complaint. The Cascio siblings claim the abuse took place worldwide, including visits to the private residences of Jackson’s famous inner circle. Specifically, the lawsuit cites incidents at Elizabeth Taylor’s Swiss residence and Elton John’s home in England. It is important to note that the lawsuit does not implicate Taylor or John in the knowledge or execution of these acts, but focuses on Jackson’s behavior while a guest at these properties.

The Estate Fires Back: “Extortion Attempt”

The Michael Jackson Estate, represented by attorney Martin Singer, dismissed the claims as a “desperate attempt to extort money.” Singer points to a previous settlement agreement that the Cascios are currently trying to nullify in a Beverly Hills court.

“This is a family that defended Michael for a quarter-century,” Singer stated, alleging that the siblings are seeking upwards of $200 million. The Estate is currently pushing to move the dispute into private arbitration, a move the Cascio legal team calls an “illegal tactic to silence victims.”

What’s Next in Court?

The legal battle is reaching a fever pitch. A judge has scheduled a pivotal hearing for March 5, 2026, to decide whether the case will proceed in open court or be forced into the shadows of private arbitration.
